Martha Stewart's
kitchen must be down for the duration. Federal parole authorities approved excursions to
restaurants as part of her 48 hours per week work time allowance. |
| Federal probation
spokesman Chris Stanton said, "She's allowed to eat while at work. It's part of the
48 hours." |
| Stewart's five months
of house arrest for lying to federal investigators about a personal stock sale must be
taxing her cooking skills. Or, perhaps she just has to get out of the
estate/kitchen/house. She was recently spotted with three male friends eating at Rickshaw,
a Chinese dumpling spot on West 23rd Street in NY City. |
| She may only know how
to cook for TV cameras. |
